32kg Kettlebell
While visiting family over the Holidays, I went to my brother-in-law’s gym. They had several different sizes of kettlebells up to 80 pounds. I wanted to see how much I could snatch, and I was able to work up to a 32kg kettlebell snatch on each side. The left side was a little shaky, and I had to bring it down immediately after the snatch. The right side was rock solid, though.
I did not attempt the 80 pound bell, but it felt great to get the 32kg bell up.
One of these is definitely on my wish list now.

I have always wanted to try a kettlebell. They look like awesome pieces of equipment. I think I’ll also put them on my wishlist too.

That is some nice achievement. I would be probably not able to work up even 25-30 kg. Nice job man.
I work at gym regularly and 27 kg was my best achievement.
Good post and that is very great achievement..keep it up..
