I Love Greek Yogurt
Greek yogurt has become a staple in my diet lately. I love it. My new favorite snack consists of the following:
1 serving (127 grams) Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
15 grams chopped walnuts
100-150 grams blueberries
First I mix the yogurt and protein powder in a Pyrex bowl. Then I add the walnuts and blueberries. I use a food scale for each ingredient so I know I’m getting the right serving size and so I can enter it into FitDay. On a typical day it works out to be about 390 calories, 46g protein, 12g fat, and 33g carbs.
I love it!

Very interesting and amusing subject. I read with great pleasure.
In truth, immediately i didn’t understand the essence. But after re-reading all at once became clear.
This could be very tasty. I’m also a follower of yogurt way and this one seems to be delicious.
I like yogurts of all kind – I think this just an example of healthy food.
