		<description>Yes Mike, so simple and yet so important.  Our pantry reflects this principle and is limited as a result.  We generally make meals for guests our occasions to ‘break out’.  As soon as the unhealthy stuff is gone, it’s not replaced until the next dinner party.  In this way we maintain a healthy diet. And yes we do have more than one set of friends!</description>
