Weekly Nutrition Tip #26

Tip #26
Berardi’s Law
by Dr. John Berardi

If a food is in your possession or located in your residence, you’ll eventually eat it. If you wish to be healthy and lean, you must remove all foods not conducive to those goals from said residence and replace them with a variety of better, healthier choices. If you know someone whose house is stocked only with optimal food choices and yet who is not healthy and lean, look under his bed.

Yeah. Berardi is the man.

Yes Mike, so simple and yet so important. Our pantry reflects this principle and is limited as a result. We generally make meals for guests our occasions to ‘break out’. As soon as the unhealthy stuff is gone, it’s not replaced until the next dinner party. In this way we maintain a healthy diet. And yes we do have more than one set of friends!

What do I do first to file a claim ?

I was in an accident caused by someone else. Their insurance company will not pay for some (or any) of my damages. Can the Bureau help me with this?

I cannot but agree with this post. Sooner or later I will eat all I have and don’t need at all. I can’t resist the temptation. But interesting thing is that when I keep there only what I need (no junk food, no sweets, only daily 3 meals portions)I eat healthy without feeling deprived.
