If you cannot handle medium or higher intensity exercise - don&#039;t settle. Everyday you exercise, try a little harder. 

Pretty soon you&#039;ll be exercising at a higher intensity with ease, and as the intensity increases I can bet you&#039;ll be looking better every week.
