		<description>I&#039;m a big fan of creatine.  It has been very well researched, and I&#039;ve never really seen the down side of using it.  It isn&#039;t even that expensive if you buy it in bulk.

Just stay away from the capsules, mixes, effervescent, etc.  Plain &#039;ole creatine powder is the way to go.</description>
