That makes a lot of sense since muscle uses more energy and will help keep your metabolism burning. I don&#039;t use free weights but I do use resistance bands for strength training.....actually, besides the fat burning benefits, it just helps put me in a better mood. :) Gotta love those endorphins. ;)</description>
